There is also the options to buy into a Franchise and there are many to choose from, the one you choose will largely depend on what you are interested in, the funds you have and how you see your long term investment.
If you love the idea of Craft Beers and Wines, why not start your own distillery. There will be quite a start up fee even as a small distillery but the returns if you are successful will be worth it.
